An artistic extravaganza, Taj Mahotsav is a culturally vibrant platform for more than 400 artisans from different parts of the country, showcasing their exquisite work of art. Famous artists from different genres like music, dance, performing arts, even cuisines put their best to entertain a large gathering with their elegant art forms. It is an event where India’s finest arts, crafts and culture are represented by some of the top country’s artists. The 10 days festival hosts cultural evenings where world class artists put the geniuses in the form of classical to folk and popular film music to dance performance.
Taj Mahotsav is organized by the Govt of India every year to promote country's rich art and craft, culture, cuisine, dance and music.

Taj Mahal is located in Agra, in the erstwhile state of Uttar Pradesh, which is approximately 200 Kilometres from Delhi.
Taj Mahal Visiting Time
Taj Mahal in Agra is open from Monday to Thursday, Saturday to Sunday It is closed on Friday to attend prayers at the mosque for Muslims. The time to visit Taj Mahal is from 0600 to 1830 IST, as set by the Archaeological Survey of India.
There is an entrance fee for both domestic and international travellers & tickets are available on Western and Eastern gates till 5 PM.
